Terms and Conditions for Home and Class Services

  • Unfortunately we will no longer be offering physical one on one class within Nigeria, but virtual one on one is still available for our international students. However, our internship program is still available for our Nigeria students.
  • For home service appointments and walk-in appointments, hairs/wigs to be used should be sent to us 2 to 3 days ahead of the appointment day so we can wash and prep the hair before installation. This is not applicable if your hair has been initially washed and free of hair products.
  • When booking for home service, kindly make sure your natural hair is washed and ready for corn rolls for either sew in or installation.
  • For our classes, video recording of the instructors during class is highly prohibited. However you are free to take notes and make videos of yourself during practice.
  • Glam is no longer available for vendors’ home service booking for styling and installation. But we have talented stylists that will be sent for this service. Still no video recording of the staff while working is allowed.
  • Always make sure to send in your inspiration video or pictures when booking and finalizing an appointment or booking.
  • For walk-in clients that have events or booking styling for shoots, we advise you to come in for styling a day before your shoot appointment to avoid a rushed job that may in turn affect our work and final result.
  • We require 70% deposit for all our service transactions to be completed. Be it home service appointment, walk-in appointments, Revamp service and Wigging service. NO DEPOSIT NO BOOKING
  • We do not accept same day booking for frontal installation. We require 72 hours ahead of supposed appointment date; For braids 24 hours and for Layers 72 hours.
  • Always confirm rates of service of interest, this is so you are sure of what and who you are booking for the service.
  • We currently do not accept walk/ins for saloon services; we operate strictly by appointment for now.
  • 30 minutes lateness to an appointment without prior notice at least 30 minutes before your booked time attracts extra 5,000 payment.
  • Impromptu cancellation of appointment attracts 5,000 deductions from your deposit payment before a refund.
  • More than 2 hours lateness to an appointments results to total cancellation of appointment and the client forfeiting of the client’s 70% deposit
  • During an installation session, clients are advised to kindly comport themselves to avoid accident like burns. Activities like working on laptops and scrolling on the phone should be minimized as much as possible.
  • Cancellation of appointment on the appointment day results to the client forfeiting their 70% deposit. Cancellations should be done at least 24 hours before your day of appointment.

– Walk-in Purchase Return Policy

Items purchased in store cannot be returned; especially if it was worn and fitted in-house. If the hair does not fit nor has issues you are not comfortable with, please notify the Zusglamaffairs representative attending to you immediately so the issue can be resolved before leaving the store.

Once an item purchased in store leaves with the client, refunds will be impossible.

Therefore, the cost for return shipping and in some cases eg. Re-wigging or Re-styling will be borne by the customer/client/buyer.
